Meet our trampoline Fitness Trainer!
Chad Alvey has had a passion for health and fitness his entire life. He has been in the fitness industry for 5yrs and has owned and operated a CrossFit gym in the PRP area for the last 4yrs. After 8yrs in the Marine Corps Chad got comfortable in a corporate job and before long found himself weighing over 300lbs. After the birth of his first child he rededicated his life to health and fitness and after losing 100bs found a passion for helping others attain their health and fitness goals. Chad knows what it’s like physically and emotionally to be overweight and he knows what it takes to get in shape. He believes that in a fun and supportive atmosphere, fitness can as gratifying in the process as well as in the results. Chad is a CrossFit L1 and CrossFit Gymnastics trainer and has logged over 9000hrs coaching in the past 5 yrs. He takes pride in the diversity of his clients’ ages and abilities and believes if you have the will he has a way.
The bootcamp classes will last approximately an hour long and will begin with a warmup and stretch. Then we will learn some new skills and body mechanics as we move to Metabolic Conditioning and end with a cool down and stretch. It will be challenging, it will be effective but most of all it will be fun. JUMP IN on a class and see just how much fun fitness can be.

With routines set to high-energy music, you'll be lead in a series of trampoline exercises to improve your flexibility, strengthen and tone your muscles, and give your cardio-vascular system a work-out.
This class is SO much fun you'll be amazed at how quickly the time flies by.
Open to men and women of all ages. Suited for all fitness skill levels.
Duration: 1 hour
Monday and Wednesday at 11am.
Saturday at 10am.

Trampoline Boot Camp
See if you have what it takes to get through Trampoline Boot Camp. Boot camp is a higher-intensity workout than Gravity Aerobics. Expect more repetitions and less rest. While our other fitness classes take place only on the trampolines, boot camp makes use of the entire park.
Open to all ages. Classes may be scheduled by appropriate age groups.
Suited for all fitness levels. Each participant will be, let's just say, "encouraged" to make a maximum effort.
